Kindered Hearts

Domiciliary care, in short, is for anyone who wants to remain independent within the comfort of their own home rather than move into residential care, but may need some extra help in order for that to happen.

We provide care to those who prefer support at set regular times each week. This could be as little as a weekly housekeeping visit through to several visits a day to help with personal care, getting around the home or preparing meals, for example:

  • Older people with a variety of needs
  • Adults, with physical disabilities
  • Adults with mental health problems.
  • Adults suffering from a disease(s) or other medical conditions

We offer home care packages built around you to support you to maintain your chosen lifestyle, from a visit a day to 24 hour or live-in care. We believe that each customer is unique, with their own individual preferences and needs. So, we keep you in control and provide you with the domiciliary care and support that suits you, your lifestyle, wherever and whenever.

Disability

We provide individualised support and care for people aged 18 or over with mild and moderate disabilities, such as autism, physical disabilities and sensory disabilities through a structured care and holistic support tool using the Life Star Model which covers ten areas of support.

Mental Health

We support those with:

  • Anxiety and panic disorders
  • Depression
  • Personality disorders

In order for them to gain self-confidence and emotional wellbeing on their pathway to independence and recovery, using the Recovery Star Model which focuses on the following:

Respite Care

A home away from home. Carers may need breaks occasionally from their usual routine. Knowing that their loved ones are being cared for in a safe, warm and homely environment will put them at ease. This could be for a few days or few weeks.

Personal Care

Personal care is a broad term used for several tasks to help you maintain your personal hygiene and appearance, including washing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
