Could you make a positive difference to the lives of vulnerable young people aged 16-18yrs olds, who are taking the next step in transitioning from care to semi-independent living, before leaving care at 18?
We are looking for a dynamic Support Mentor who has a passion to make a difference in the lives of vulnerable young people.
As a Support Mentor, you will primarily be involved in providing support and equipping young adults to gain independence skills. Empathy and an awareness of the traumas some of these young people may have faced, which can sometimes manifest in challenging behaviours, is essential.
